Prenatal massage offers support during pregnancy to help the body adapt to the physical and gravitational shifts that lead to hip, low back and neck pain. During your massage, we'll use special cushions that allow for pregnant women to comfortably and safely lay on their stomachs. An alternative side-lying position is also offered.

Postpartum massage offers support immediately after birth and up to 6 months after to help the body heal and restore. Specific techniques are used to support the abdomen area as well. During your massage, extra cushions and even fabrics can be used to accommodate leaking, sore or engorged breasts or sensitive and healing cesarean scars. Lying on the stomach or an alternative side lying position is offered.
